Outward bound school activities
Students are sent on expeditions and other trips with teachers regularly to give them exposure to outer world. Places usually visited by younger students include Allen Forest, Bird Sanctuary, Bithoor, Reserve Bank of India, Dainik Jagran Press, Tanneries and various other industrial units etc. Our middle and senior school students are encouraged to travel by train with/without escorts. These students are often sent on expeditions to places like Gangotri, Kedarnath, Shimla Hills etc. A few students are sent regularly to attend Adventure Courses at Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttar Kashi and National Adventure Institute. Such activities boost their confidence and expose them to the real world.
